Using the multivariate estimation of financial stability level for agricultural organizations in Samara region, the author singled out the groups of regions with high, medium and low financial stability level. With regard to each of these region groups there was carried out a factor analysis of agricultural organizations return on assets during 2008-2012 years based on multiplicative model.

COMMERCIAL BANKS IN SAMARA REGION: KEY FINANCIAL RATIOS SURVEY BASED ON THE PERFORMANCE RESULTS OF 2013

The absolute values of main financial indicators in Samara region commercial banks are analyzed: net assets, net profit, capital, credit portfolio, arrears in credit portfolio, deposits of individuals, investments in securities, increasing values following the performance results in 2013, ranking positions of commercial banks according to these indicators. The authors carried out vertical and horizontal analyses of key financial indicators values in Samara region commercial banks. The leaders of absolute values and growth of the analyzed indicators are pointed out as well as the commercial banks with the lowest indicator values within the studied period.

In the modern conditions, Federal Treasury authorities performing their main functions connected with the federal budget cash execution process begin to play an active role in the state financial resources management system aimed at single treasury account liquidity maintenance. The article covers such fields of STA liquidity as allocation of budget funds on bank deposits and providing public budget loans to the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
