During the analysis of production process of Confectionary Union “Russia” income and output flows were defined, which allowed creating a logistics system of production. As a result of mathematic modeling of production processes in the created logistics system there were found optimal flows, which maximize output of production in the price value, and economic interpretation of the results. So, the researches contain economic analysis of the optimal process, based on the simplex-table of the dual problem of linear programming, which allowed minimizing prices on the resources in the way, that their costs were not less than revenues from sales of the company’s production.
