THE FORMATION OF LOGISTIC INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE OMSK REGION

The article disclosed overall economic conditions and characteristics of the Omsk region, affecting the process of building logistics infrastructure. Submitted are graphic models of regional logistics infrastructure, consisting of a set of elements. Finally, there is a proposal to use an integrated approach in forming a regional logistics infrastructure.

FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS OF THE AVAILABILITY OF ACCOMODATION FOR THE POPULATION OF SAMARA REGION

The article gives the definition to the category "accommodation availability", the factors influencing the index of accommodation availability in Samara region are considered. The conclusion is made about the possibility to increase the effective demand for accommodation among the population with the help of developing accommodation crediting and increasing the volume of housing construction.

In this article the author considers the specifics of the Russian market of railway cargo transportation and its participants. Determining of concept of outsourcing of carriages by rail as new and long-range direction of business for the private companies-operators in the transport market is made. The mechanism of outsourcing and advantage of its use to both parties is described.

ESSENCE AND MAINTENANCE OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF ENTERPRISE FINANCE

The place of financial management in the system of economic sciences, maintenance and essence of financial management, principles of management of the enterprise finance is considered in the article. The main objective and sub-goals of financial management are defined. The mechanism of management process of finances on the basis of feed-forward and feedback of information connection is presented. There are summed up the importance of the accounting-analytical information for objectives of analysis in system of financial management.

ESTIMATION OF EFFICIENCY OF THE REGIONAL BUSINESSES IN THE INTERNATIONAL MARKETS

In the article methodical approaches to a business estimation, as resource and a major factor of modern development of the external economic relations at regional level are observed. Defining factors are revealed and the system of indicators of an estimation of efficiency of foreign trade activities of enterprise structures is developed. The complex estimation of foreign economic relations in Stavropol region has been done. The author offers a development strategy of the foreign trade market of region with participation of the foreign funds.

THE STRUCTURE OF THE MATHEMATICAL DESCRIPTION OF INNOVATION STRATEGY OF SERVICES SPHERE DEVELOPMENT

This article deals with the problem of the possible structure of design of innovative development in the sphere of service. The author points out a special program aimed conception of design, which should be combined with a hierarchical principle of construction of mathematical models. The special features of this conception are given and considered thoroughly. The author comes to the conclusion that such system of models can be the instrument of taking the decisions, when we deal with the management of NIOKR.
