MODERN STRATEGIC ANALYSIS OF REGIONAL ECONOMIC SYSTEMS

The article reveals and provides grounds for the possibilities to state and solve the tasks of regional economic systems strategic analysis in the context of strategic management schools evolution introduced by H.Mintzberg. In the framework of the suggested approach the authors point out the development trends and complication ways of naturally "multidimensional" cognitive structures which form the basis of systems thinking, language and "grammar" of the effective strategic management.

OPPORTUNITIES FOR ANALYTICAL IDENTIFICATION OF SINGLE-PRODUCT REGIONS WITH THE USE OF QUANTITATIVE INDICATORS

The classification of regions considering economic structure is suggested, the branch structure of GRP is analyzed, thus allowing registering RF constituent entities with domination of a certain type of economic activity. The research of export branch structure formed the basis for identification of commodity segments of single-product regions.

RISK CONSIDERATION FOR MODELING ALLOCATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL FACILITIES IN THE REGION

The version of risk consideration while making decisions on allocation of facilities is suggested with the use of economic-mathematical tasks. The risks inherent to investment projects are analyzed. The risks characteristic of the projects in the field of organizing waste disposal and domestic waste recovery production are pointed out. The author offers her own risk classification. Complex risk assessment indicators are formulated on the basis of expert estimates.

THE RESEARCH RESULTS OF DECISION-TAKING DELAY INFLUENCE - THE RESULTS OF MANAGEMENT PROCESS MODELING

The model description of a control circuit and regulation principle features applied in management are provided. The results of management process modeling along with various regulation principles and various lags in decision-taking from disturbance effect (decision-making delays) are considered. The most appropriate regulation principles depending on the delay factor in decision-making are suggested.

FINANCING SOURCES FOR NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AND THEIR MANAGEMENT

The current condition of the financing sources and endowment funds of non-profit organizations in Russia are under analysis. The integrated study of nonprofit organizations financing sources was carried out. The management model for nonprofit organization endowment fund is suggested. The article provides an author’s definition for nonprofit organization (NPO) endowment fund oriented at identifying the economic content of the category and description of its specific role in NPO activities.

The gap between the understanding and the attitude of executive employees with the client perception is considered to be a key gap in the perception of the provided service. The results of the poll held among state institution employees and consumers of land-cadastre services of "Zemelnaya palata" in Samara region are analyzed. The quantitative assessment of the gap and recommendations for its minimization are provided.
