SHARING AND POOLING AS CAUSES OF CONTINUING TERTIARIZATION OF ECONOMIES IN HIGHLY DEVELOPED COUNTRIES

The article suggests the reasons for the widely spread practice in highly developed national economies when people refuse to acquire real goods in favor of services offering to use them. It is proved that in the modern conditions the shared use of goods is in most cases more effective and beneficial than their possession based on the right of private property ownership.

The author provides integrated objective assessment of housing facilities and living conditions of the Russian population. The article suggests the approach of structural-dynamic analysis of emergency housing facilities in Russian regions. The group of regions with emergency housing facilities identified in the result of the analysis forms the basis for taking actions of institutional and organizational nature. These actions will help to maintain effective execution of the Russian Federation commitment to resettlement of the citizens from the housing facilities in emergency conditions.

PROBLEM OF SUPPRESSION OF PUGACHEV UPRISING IN 1773-1775 IN THE SOCIAL PSYCHOLOGY OF RUSSIAN NOBILITY IN THE LAST QUARTER OF THE 18TH CENTURY

The article deals with the understanding of Pugachev’s uprising in 1773-1775 by the Russian nobility and social psychology of the nobility during the Catherine’s epoch in general. The points of view of the nobility are reconstructed, the causes of Pugachev’s uprising, the ways and principles of punitive measures applied to its participants are defined based on memoir and epistolary sources.
