DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE OF RURAL SETTLEMENTS AS A FACTOR OF EFFECTIVIZATION OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION

This paper considers social infrastructure of rural settlements, because this area of rural municipal establishments in particular were harmed and are currently least developed. It is important to note that all municipal rural settlements are differentiated in their social infrastructure objects. The conclusion is that social infrastructure is a main condition for effective development of agricultural production. It is a main reason for keeping workers in rural settlements and increasing their qualification and employment chances. For maintainance of stable development of the rural settlements it is necessary to urgently invest. In this case was considered a common presentation of interests of investment subjects of rural social infrastructure.

THE METHODS OF COMPLEX EVALUATION OF FINANCIAL STABILITY OF MOTOR TRANSPORTATION ORGANIZATION

The necessity of the analysis of financial stability of the motor transportation organizations is proved, the complex approach leads to the named process. The settlement basis of a technique is made by author’s system of parameters which allows the receipt of generalizing characteristic of financial stability by means of methods of the correlation analysis. The article considers the approach to the definition of the integrated estimation of financial stability of the motor transportation organization.

THE MAIN REGIONAL PURPOSEFUL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE REALIZATION OF THE NATIONAL PROJECT “AVAILABLE AND COMFORTABLE HOUSING FOR THE CITIZENS OF RUSSIA” ON THE TERRITORY OF THE VOLOGDA REGION

The main characteristics of the realization of the national project “Available and comfortable housing for the citizens of Russia” on the territory of the Vologda region are considered, the ways of raising available housing acquisition are offered in the article. There is the analysis of the changes that took place since 2002 in the structure of regional housing resources, the appreciation of available housing acquisition for family with average income is shown, and the ways of housing acquisition with help of loans and mortgage lending are considered.

TO THE QUESTION OF ECONOMIC CAPITAL OF COMMERCIAL BANK

The present paper reveals the approaches to determination of the bank capital essence and the conception of regulative and economic capital with due account for the latest trends in bank regulation processes. The author gives a qualitative estimation of regulative and economic capital of the leading regional bank with due account for regional development peculiarities. He also proves the necessity to form the sources with due account for the ownership right and its irretrievability bearing in mind the accordance with the economic capital conception.

THE MASTER METHOD OF THE TARIFF CALCULATION ON HEAT ENERGY AS MECHANISM OF INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY OF THE TARIFF FORMING

State pricing on product and facilities enterprises, realizing controlled type of activity, is the most important factor defining their viability. Most often used expensive principle of forming the tariff on energy companies causes the ensemble of the equitable censures on the part of analyst because of its discrepancy to modern market requirements to economy and efficiency of the management. In this article the new approach is suggested to the price establishment on heat energy on the base of the master method.

METHODOLOGY OF BALANCING ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY INDICES AND FINANCIAL STABILITY RATIOS WITHIN INVESTMENT PROJECTING

Investigation covers a problem of economic efficiency and financial stability of investment projects as well as economic activity of a company. Authors demonstrate antagonistic character of both groups of indices (economic efficiency indices and financial stability ratios): higher economic efficiency leads to deterioration in financial reliability and higher financial risks. However taking into consideration unity of initial data which is in the basis of cash flow statement and balance sheet authors come up with an idea to balance economic efficiency and financial stability indices.

COMPARISON OF TECHNIQUES OF AN ESTIMATION OF COMPANY BUSINESS ACTIVITY

Different authors’ approaches to the appraisal of company business activity are examined. The conclusion was drawn that the modern methodology of company business activity evaluation and analysis has essential faults, so it does not allow one to perform a comparative analysis of the activity of several enterprises of the same industry sector. Study of company business activity as the activity of staff groups during their duties performance would enable one to refine the existent methodology and to eliminate the faults.

MATHEMATICAL SUPPORT FOR MAKING DECISIONS IN CONDITIONS OF INDEFINITY BY MEANS OF TIES BETWEEN THE ATTRIBUTES OF DECISIONS OF MATRIXAL GAMES AND THE PRINCIPLE OF DOMINATION

The ties between solutions of two matrixal games if the lines and the columns of matrixes of these games the demands of domination are satisfied are analysed. There are five theorems developed by the authors. The author sets an example how to find a solution of a matrixal game using attributes of decisions of the matrixal games, with ties between decisions and successive simplification of this game.

THE DEVELOPMENT OF METHODS AND TOOLS OF MAKING DECISIONS DURING THE PROCESS OF RISK MANAGEMENT IN MULTI-BRANCH COMMERCIAL BANK

The article presents newest methodological aspects of the risk management process in banks. The obvious legislative issues are exposed to the critical analysis. The author has developed brain packages, technological and recursive schemes of risk systems functioning in multi-branch commercial banks from a position of the big systems theory. So this way can provide focus for an even larger picture when introduced as an integral part of a comprehensive multi-branch risk-strategy that includes limit and system management instruments relevant to regulatory, economic and capital requirements.
