The article deals with the approaches to competitive ability enhancement of aircraft-producing companies. There are provided definition and analysis of the basic ways for competitiveness upgrade, the application of which will contribute to reduction of costs and expenses as well as provide new competitive qualities for the end products in this industry. The application of additive technologies when using new materials and introduction of ecological management to manufacturing process are aimed at competitiveness enhancement control in the companies of the aviation sector.

DEVELOPMENT OF MORTGAGE REFINANCING FORMS IN RUSSIA

The article deals with the main models of mortgage refinancing in world practice and their application in Russia. Refinancing form by means of issuing mortgage securities is defined as a priority one. The factors, hindering the development of the given direction, were identified, as well as reasons for unavailability of small and middle-sized banks in the mortgage securities market as emitters. Collective securitization as a new form of mortgage refinancing was suggested.

Regarding this fact, the authors connect the problem of reproduction with family significance. The performance indicators of the Ukrainian agricultural enterprises show low efficiency of performance management system. The article demonstrates the results of specific preschoolers’ behaviour on the Internet. The authors defined the share of the net-surfers among different age groups, internet connection rate and the length of being on-line, the place of the Internet in the structure of preschoolers’ leisure time, the scope of on-line activity among preschoolers. There was assessed parents’ influence ondifferent factors of child behaviour on the Internet.
