The composition of the financial mechanism of healthcare in the Russian Federation on the modern stage is presented. TENDENCIES OF STATE AND DEVELOPMENT PERSPECTIVES OF THE RUSSIAN OIL AND GAS SERVICE IN THE MODERN MARKET CONDITIONS

On the modern development stage Russian oil-and-gas service has faced such problems as absence of government policy concerning the sphere of oil-and-gas service and the real threat for domestic service market to become absorbed by the foreign fund companies. The real ways for oil and gas service companies to regain the trajectory of stable development include their restructurization, national program of technical reequipment of oil-and-gas service, providing of advanced equipment and technology with raising funds from the government budget as well as funds from Russian oil-and-gas companies.

METHODOLOGICAL APPROACH TO STATISTIC EVALUATION OF LOGISTIC RISKS INFLUENCE FOR FOOD PRODUCTS DESTRIBUTORS

Based on current data the degree of logistic risks influence on the operations results of dairy products and baby foods distributors is estimated. There is established the existence of statistically significant differences between the analyzed risk factors with regard to caused loss rate. All pairs of compared risk events which have some significant discrepancies between each other are pointed out. The estimation of negative influence caused by logistic risks in assortment line sections is provided.

INTERVAL PREDICTIONS BUILDING OF ENDOGENOUS VARIABLES OF ONE ECONOMETRIC MODEL

The econometric model of interconnection between the indicators of stabilization processes in Economics in Russia is worked out. The structural and reduced forms of the model are obtained. Projected values of exogenous variables with the help of ARIMA-model have been calculated. Interval predictions of endogenous variables are built.

PERCENT POLICY OF CENTRAL BANK OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND ITS ROLE IN TOP TARGET REALIZATION OF CASH AND CREDIT REGULATION

The content and the role of central bank percent policy in the cash and credit economics regulation, the kinds of official percentage rate used by Central Bank of the Russian Federation are under discussion. The analysis is carried out concerning the operations of Russian Central Bank of providing liquidity to the banks and requisitioning it which influence money supply and credit activeness of a bank. There are made conclusions about further development of such essential instruments of cash and credit sphere regulation as percentage rate of Central Bank of the RF and refinancing of credit organizations.
