SET OF ANTI-CRISIS MEASURES IN INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE ENERGY POLICY IN THE SPHERE OF RESOURCE CONSERVATION
The article presents the author’s interpretation of the concepts “anti-crisis management” and “anti-crisis energy policy”. The problematic points and measures for risk elimination in Samara and Orenburg regional electric power systems are identified. The set of anti-crisis measures regarding the factors and forms of crisis events in electric power complex enterprises is suggested.
