GUIDELINES FOR PUBLIC SERVICES QUALITY UPGRADE

The authors suggest recommendations for top-managers and founders of management companies to upgrade public services quality. The main events to increase the quality of services provided by the management company rendering services for multi-occupancy building are defined. Following the algorithm described by the authors it is possible to boost business efficience by introducing changes to the housing and utility services competitive environment and by making a quality leap in the sphere of public services in general.
