FEATURES OF INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL REPRODUCTION

It is proved that the political-economical approach is the most productive one while analyzing in- intellectual capital reproduction. The methodology of the classical school of economics allows us to see clearly the process of capital value floating in the intellectual sphere, and to draw a line between the terms of the intellectual and institutional capital.

ORGANIZATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT IN THE SELF-MANAGEMENT MARKET IN THE INDUSTRIAL ORGANIZATIONS OF THE REGION

Development of regional models of economic incentives in environment reproduction creates a new situation in relations between the territories and allows implementing principles of refundable equivalence, in accordance with the needs of their market and commercial farms. To activate the social and market mechanism in the region, it is necessary to get new forms of ownership, to implement the market regulation system of supply and demand, and to create conditions for development of competitive relations between producers.

STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF MEAT PACKING IN RUSSIA

The author considers the strategy of food and processing industry development in the Russian Federation until 2020, and this strategy entrusts the country`s meat industry with important tasks that can be solved while implementing a comprehensive analysis of meat packing and identifying and solving important issues of the industry. The study of meat packing is based on the officially published statistics of Rosstat and Samarastata. The study concludes that there is a positive trend in the policy of import substitution and development of the meat industry.

COMMON LABOR MARKET AND MIGRATION: NEW OPPORTUNITIES WHITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF EEU

In the context of the EEU development and formation of a common labor market the article illustrates the role of migration in the process. The author represents the features of the common labor market phased formation in the common economic space of the EEU. The author compares the indicators of demographic development of the countries included in the EEU, the other members of the CIS, and characterizes the transition of the EEU countries to the mono-structural population composition as a result of ethnic migrations. The article analyzes the migration exchange between Russia and other countries of the EEU, and the scale of labor migration and its impact on labor markets. There is proved to consider the EEU as a testing ground for developing elements of a common labor market and economic mechanisms aimed at efficient use of labor potential of the EEU countries in the former Soviet space.

ISSUES OF THE RUSSIAN PENSION REFORM

The article illustrates the issues of pension provision in Russia. The purpose of this paper - to reveal the features of the institutional reforms in the pension protection of the population and evaluate the impact of corresponding transformations on the degree of compensation for the risk of disability by age. The author analyzes the pension legislation of the Russian Federation and the official statistics from 1987 to the present. The author draws conclusions about the dynamics of material well-being of pensioners in Russia.

REVIEW OF THE MONOGRAPH "INCREASING COMPETITIVENESS AT ENTERPRISES ON THE BASIS OF INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGICAL COOPERATION DEVELOPMENT", WRITTEN BY A.V. SPIRKIN, G.I. YAKOVLEV

The study analyzes the processes and problems of effective entry of Russian enterprises in the united world economy. The monograph is the result of authors` multi-year work at the Department of Industrial Economics in SSEU, including the implementation of research work "Formation of competitiveness at enterprises of bit production based on innovative development." On the whole the monograph is noted for logical sequence of presentation, backed up by calculations of representative data set of drill bits industry for five-year retrospective, and it is characterized by a high degree of arguments and evidence of scientific positions. The authors` system-situational approach allows conducting a comprehensive study of the factors and core competencies that underlie modern competitive advantage of industrial enterprises, which are the entities of international competition. It extends the theoretical framework of the research and methodological approaches to the assessment and management of technological potential of industrial enterprises contained in the works of such economists as A. I. Tatarkin, G. B. Khasaev, J. Schumpeter, B. Twiss, M. Porter and others. The forming and restricting criteria of the economic category are particularly important in terms of political and economic confrontation with Western countries. Theoretical and practical recommendations of this study can be used for decision-making related to the state industrial and foreign trade policy in the geo-economic space, including sectoral and regional levels, and for strategy development of exporters` sectoral associations, unions and employers` associations, trade and industry chambers of regions, etc. The monograph is of interest to scientists and economists, representatives of the federal and local governments, regulatory bodies, industrialists and businessmen.
