|IMPORTING OF FORMAL AND INFORMAL INSTITUTIONS IN THE AUTOMOTIVE MARKET OF RUSSIA|
|The article analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations of formal and informal institutions in Russian automotive market. Special attention is paid to the retrospective and the modern practice of the Russian automotive market, its institutional infrastructure, and the changes that have influenced the development of the automotive market. The author analyzes the possibility of importing foreign formal and informal institutions (as a factor that is becoming increasingly significant in the economic analysis) in the Russian car market in positive and negative aspects, as well as the possibility of forming national complementary institutions in order to achieve the effectiveness of the reforms.

|ECONOMETRIC MODELING OF RUBLE SENSITIVITY TO CHANGES IN WORLD OIL PRICES DURING THE CRISIS PERIOD OF THE RUSSIAN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT|
|The article represents a comparative analysis of the causes of crises in Russia`s economy in the periods 2008-2009 and 2014-2015. The author studies the features of changes in the value of the national currency (ruble), depending on the quotations change in the world oil market in each of the periods under review. Special attention is paid to the econometric model (ruble cost / price of a barrel of oil) with a high-quality forecasting capacity.

|RATING ASSESSMENT OF INNOVATION SYSTEMS IN REGIONS|
|The study presents the results of testing methodology for assessing the development of the regional innovation system using the example of subjects of the Volga Federal District. The complex is characterized by indicators of socio-economic and organizational conditions, the processes of knowledge generation and transformation of knowledge in technology and new means of production, the production of innovative products, as well as the level of technological industries, including industry. The logic of the calculation corresponds to the adopted domestic and international methodology and is based on the process approach to the development of innovation, the used indicators are published in the official books and records. The findings make it possible to determine the direction of further development of regional innovation systems.

|DEVELOPMENT AND ASSESSMENT OF MEASURES TO STIMULATE SALES SERVICES OF THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY IN THE MARKET OF THE HOUSING AND COMMUNAL SERVICES|
|The article studies some theoretical and methodological aspects of the development of marketing communications and assessment of the effectiveness of measures to stimulate sales services of the management company in the housing and communal services market. It is proved that one of the features of marketing communications for housing and communal services market is that the market is presented by legal and physical persons, and it is actively regulated by the state. It is shown that a scientific school in the development of activities of marketing communications in general and sales promotion, in particular, is still being formed in our country.
The article represents a desk and field research on the stated issues, an economic impact and the effectiveness of the proposed measures, confirming the correctness of management decisions that introduced methods of marketing communications are truly effective.
