RESEARCH ON FUNCTIONAL EXPANSION OPPORTUNITY OF BUSINESS ANALYSIS ON THE BASIS OF RANKING TABLES

The rational choice of a product range is a very difficult task. Complexity involves the need for considering a large number of various factors for each type of products: profitability, demand frequency, etc. These characteristics should be analyzed during the certain period of time - several months, quarters, years in order to estimate stability of income generation, a trend, etc. The approach novelty offered in this article, is that it includes classical methods of the analysis accepted in marketing (ABC, XYZ), etc. as well as the methods, used when developing difficult information systems. Such methodology allows solving the complex problem using several iterations formulated above.

The significance of this agricultural sector to ensure food security of the territory is presented. The content and dynamics of the regional debt policy with the trends prevailing in the global and domestic financial markets are analyzed. The problems of internal and external borrowings of the Russian regions and the peculiarities of legal regulation are considered. The financial stability of regional budgets, taking into account trends in federal fiscal policy, is assessed. THE DIAGNOSIS OF THE FINANCIAL CONDITION OF AGRICULTURAL ORGANIZATIONS IN THE REGION USING MULTIVARIATE STATISTICAL ANALYSIS

The financial condition of large and medium agricultural organizations of the Samara region (municipal areas) using multivariate statistical analysis is evaluated. The results of the cluster analysis allows to distinguish areas with high, medium and low levels of financial sustainability of the agricultural organizations. The application of regression analysis reveals statistically significant factors influencing the level of return on equity, return on sales and return on assets of agricultural organizations of the Samara region.

STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF THE DYNAMICS AND PREDICTIONS OF MORTGAGE LENDING IN THE SAMARA REGION

The dynamics of the main indicators of the Samara regional mortgage market, including seasonal variations, is considered; a dynamic model of mortgage lending in the region with the release of the auto-regressive process is made. Based on this model the interval forecast of mortgage lending is made and possible scenarios of the mortgage market in Samara region in 2014 are assessed.
