MOTIVATION MODEL FOR EMPLOYEE LABOR BEHAVIOR
The article presents the author’s motivation model of employee labor behavior developed with regard to the defined drawbacks of the content and process theories of motivation. The scheme reflects the cyclic and multistage character of motivation process. The interconnection of needs, causes, incentives and other factors influencing on employee motivation is provided.
