HOW RUSSIA AND CHINA COOPERATE UNDER GLOBALIZED CONTEXT

The article analyze the fruits progress of cooperation achieved between Russia and China. Cooperation has substituted confrontation based on rift of ideology as well as border disputes issues. The common challenge ahead is that the U.S. deliberately ignored the players in world order. SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONES TO STIMULATE THE SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE REGION (Using the example of the Republic of Dagestan)

The article analyzes the current situation of the social and economic development of the Republic of Dagestan, on the basis of which it identifies key advantages and restraints. Using a comparative analysis of the social and economic activity of the republic, the authors study the dynamics of the population (its economically active share), its earnings performance, which allows evaluating the development level and identifying the main problems of the region. The authors suggest the establishment and effective functioning of special economic zones on the territory of the republic as the most priority instrument to overcome existing discrepancies between the potential of the region and the lack of its social and economic development.

EFFECTIVE MANAGERIAL DECISIONS OF THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY DURING WORK WITH THE TARGET CONSUMERS OF HOUSING AND COMMUNAL SERVICES IN MEGAPOLIS

The article represents theoretical and methodological and practical aspects of management decision-making of the housing entity in the housing services market taking into account the characteristics of consumer behavior. The authors conduct a desk and field research on the stated issues, including the author`s model, developed by E. A. Tikhomirov, as well as expert interviews to identify the factors responsible for the consumer behavior. The authors identify the effective scenarios of management decisions on the basis of models for calculating key financial performance indicators of LLC “Property management company of utilities of the Oktyabrsky district" in Yekaterinburg, taking into account the factors of the consumer behavior. The paper illustrates the implemented priori ranking of these factors and their influence on management decisions, and represents a number of recommendations to improve management decision-making when dealing with consumers.

The author considers the economic, social and environmental factors to optimize the transportation routes of goods by truck in the city, illustrates the problem of optimization of the transportation routes of goods by the branch and bound method, and solves the traveling salesman problem for the supply of furniture production in terms of its retail sales with time intervals.

LABOUR POTENTIAL OF THE POPULATION OF THE THIRD AGE AS A FACTOR OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

The article represents interim results of research performed in the framework of the project RHF № 16-32-01030. The authors consider the Russian and foreign experience in the field of employment of the third-age population, and the impact of the population of this group on the labor potential in the economic development of territories and on the increase of the efficiency at enterprises. The article highlights the competitive advantages of aged workers compared with younger generations of professionals. As practical recommendations, the authors suggest directions of personnel policy in organizations focused on maximizing the economic effects of the labor potential use of the third age population.
