In this article the authors consider the problem of econometric analysis of regional and spatial data. The spatial dependence may cause the standard econometric techniques to become inappropriate. The method of geographically weighted regression is discussed.

The main feature of the considered groups of factors is an integrated character of their influence on the development of service market. This paper considers the theoretical justification and practical use of statistic methods for research of homogeneity of total objects of office real estate selling on local markets of the city in boards of administrative districts. The necessity of using multivariate statistical analysis for definition of typical groups of objects as a basis of development adequate pricing models was substantiated.

THE SYSTEM OF MANAGERIAL DECISIONS AS AN IMPORTANT FACTOR OF YIELDING STRATEGY

In this article the system of managerial decisions is considered from the position of fundamental typology of economic systems. The structure of the system of managerial decisions in a company is shown in the four interrelating subsystems such as: the subsystem of problems, engendered by problem situations, the HR-subsystem which is of human resources, the subsystem of accepting managerial decisions and the change subsystem. Within the framework of the system approach an objective need is substantiated to use the notions of the system space, system time and system information. The present types of economic systems are divided from the position of spreading the systems in informational space. There are characteristics of all the subsystems of the system from the position of their belonging to the definite class of economic systems in the article. There are conclusions about the management strategy in a company which has to provide for internal coordination of all the components of the system of managerial decisions and external environment in the article.

THE CLUSTER SHAPE OF STATISTICAL INDEXES WHICH ARE DEFINING A CONFORMITY IN FORMING TAX INCOMES IN LOCAL BUDGETS OF SAMARA REGION

The article illustrates further efforts of tax incomes in territorial budgets of Samara region. For the purpose of generation of homogeneous data in the array and grouping them into classes, method of cluster analyses was used. According to the generated clusters groups, complex indexes which are formed, a tendency of accumulation a date into the clusters were detected.

THE GRANGER CAUSALITY TEST IN LINEAR DYNAMIC PANEL DATA MODELS

This article presents the features of the Granger causality test in panel data models. The features are caused by a dynamic specification of the dependent variable in the left hand side of the model and short T and large N. The paper includes some econometrics estimators for vector autoregressions based on panel-data and additional tests.

MANAGEMENT OF EMPLOYMENT OF THE POPULATION: A REGIONAL ASPECT

The process of economic reforms in Russia calls for a new approach to the issue of employment of the population. The need for qualified personnel is very high in the Vladimir region as well as in Russia in general.The structure of training specialists is inconsistent with the structure of their demand.The absence of mechanisms ensuring the interrelation of the labour market and the market of educational services aggravates the problem of job placement for young specialists.To improve the efficiency of the social policy management in the sphere of employment a state institution needs to be set up which will be responsible for the development of effective employment of the population on the basis of integration of all the members of the labour market.
