SIMULATION OF THE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY FOR EFFECTIVE USE OF THE PRODUCTION POTENTIAL

The article illustrates a phased development strategy algorithm of effective use of the enterprise production potential, which includes the following required steps: identifying explicit or obvious relationships and connections between subsystems, establishing the basic characteristics and patterns of these relations; correlation of an ordered set of elements of the system to research. The adaptive approach in combination with gaming decision-making technology is seen as the most promising and efficient tool of choice strategies for effective use of the production potential of the enterprise.

I VOLGA CONGRESS “HUMAN RESOURCE STRATEGIES OF EMPLOYERS - 2014” (Samara, 11-12 September 2014)

I Volga Congress - “Human resource strategies of employers - 2014” was held on the platform of SSEU, on the 11th September, 2015, in Samara. The initiator and main organizer of the Congress was Samara State University of Economics. The organizing committee of the forum included: the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Migration Policy of the Samara Region, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Samara region, Local Employers’ Federation “Union of Employers of the Samara region”, the other executive bodies of the Samara region. More than 300 participants came to the forum from many cities of Russia, among them were: heads of organizations from the Volga Federal District, RH managers, specialist of HR departments, heads of consulting companies and recruitment agencies, government representatives, scientists, higher and secondary education representatives, students and post-graduates of the Samara region.
