The paper analyzes institutional factors of economic development in the context of globalization and regionalization, and analyzes the role of institutions in economic management. The article reveals emergence of institutional conflict on the basis of private property rise, responsible for capital, its accumulation, moving in a world of institutions, responsible for labor, social functions, equipment, health, stockpiling and transfer of knowledge. It is proposed to strengthen the role of these institutions in management of the economy.
