CLUSTER APPROACH IN REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT AND ITS IMPLEMENTATION ON THE EXAMPLE OF SECONDARY RESOURCE CLUSTER IN SAMARA REGION
The features of cluster formation and their role in regional development are under discussion. There is provided a detailed description of cluster policy characteristics in the field of waste disposal. It is illustrated by the example of Samara region that secondary resource cluster development allows effective solution for waste treatment problems.
