ASSESSMENT OF TRANSFORMATIONAL CHANGES IN THE REGIONAL ECONOMIC SYSTEMS IN SPATIAL ASPECT

The paper illustrates one of the perspective directions of the long-term planning improvement caused by modern conceptual and institutional restrictions of regions development. The susceptibility of transformational changes in regions to action of imperatives of economy innovative development is expressed in strengthening the system communication of social and economic and spatial components of the regional planning. The author suggests using the assessment transformations technique of regional systems, and formulates the stepwise content of the carried-out assessment operations.

TO THE ANALYSIS OF THE PRINCIPLES CREATING THE SUPPLY AND DEMAND FUNCTIONS IN THE THEORY OF THE EQUILIBRIUM PRICE

The analysis of supply and demand formation mechanisms in the theory of the equilibrium price is carried out. It is proved that the definition "determinant" of the offer and demand is incorrect, so, it means that it is possible to achieve the "balance" condition in the branch.

To reduce the risk of a non-return of the credit, the commercial bank needs to consider a set of the factors influencing the borrower’s solvency. The assessment of solvency is important not only at making decision on issuance of credit, but also in the course of its service. The article considers the modification of Bleka-Shoulz’s model parameters to estimate the cost of solvency of the private person who is the borrower of the commercial bank.

IV NATIONAL FESTIVAL OF SCIENSE: REGIONAL PLATFORM AT SSEU October 16-19, 2014

From October 16 to October 19, 2014 at Samara State University of Economics for the first time will take place a large-scale youth scientific event in a festival format - the Festival of youth science. This year our university becomes one of regional platforms of the IV All-Russian festival of science which is held under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and Lomonosov Moscow State University. Within the Festival of youth science open lectures, round tables, master classes, business games, competitions directed on promoting in the youth environment - with the involvement of scientists from University, representatives of business community and the public authorities, focused mainly on youth-school students, students, post-graduate students will be organized.
