MIGRATION PROCESS AND DEMOGRAPHIC SITUATION IN THE REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN IN THE MARKET CONDITIONS

The author has singled out certain regularities in changes in demographic development, population growth dynamics and its structure in the Republic of Tajikistan. There is made an emphasis on the fact that the natality rate in other regions is slowing down while inside the Republic of Tajikistan there is obvious migration intensification towards the line "rural area-city", though the major part of the population is still immobile.

The article deals with the normal business and other expenses formation procedure. The author suggests the enhancement of primary and analytical accounting, introduction of normative method for cost accounting based on unified approaches to various kinds of business in federal state unitary enterprises in the Russian Federal Penitentiary Service and Composite Analytical Department of Russian Financial and Economic Administration. This will give an opportunity to improve the quality of overall accounting and expense level control and as result to raise productivity effectiveness for federal state unitary enterprise in Russian Federal Service for Execution of Punishment.

New trends in the modern development of few V.I. Vernadskiys ideas and ecological aspects of natural resources utilization

Innovations in the environmental science make a contribution to the scientific grounds for economically effective steps to achieve ecological safety and rational natural resources utilization. The article provides the results of the investigations which can be used for working out of ecological safety issues and sustainable nature resources utilization. A number of chemical elements which are of great importance for high technology industry were discussed as potential environment pollutants. In the course of the experiments there were received new data concerning the immobilization of these chemical elements by biogenic material; the data were analyzed with the help of research literature. As a result the author has formulated propositions for updating few concepts introduced by V.I. Vernadskiy who made innovative contribution to environmental science. Practical application area for the results of the investigation comprises scientific grounds for ecological safety organization in industrial production and sustainable natural resources utilization including rare earth elements which are valuable to the modern industry.
