METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO THE ASSESSMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF THE COMPANY VALUE FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF RISK MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS PROCESS OPTIMIZATION

The article reflects the fact that value maximization is a key strategic objective of the large companies, shows the differences in the valuation of public and non-public companies, denotes different concepts on the basis of cost. Significant attention is paid to the concept of economic value added. Specific cost management under uncertainty (risk) is disclosed. The rising cost of dependence on the optimization and restructuring of business processes is justified.

INTERACTION BETWEEN UNIVERSITIES AND ENTERPRISES ON EDUCATIONAL MARKET

Priori language is becoming a direct factor of production. So that to react flexibly on arousing demands, the universities have to communicate with the labor market constantly. At the same time the employers usually dont take part in the development of the programs of higher professional education. The basic motive force of cooperation between universities and enterprises consists in the necessity to share with the knowledge and technologies, as well as the necessity to hire appropriate labor force for supporting competitiveness and innovations in the world economics. Cooperation between universities and enterprisers is usually carried out in 3 forms: the creation of cooperation platforms, joint development of study programs and mobility implementation. However, the ties, on which the cooperation of universities and enterprises is based on, are weak, whereas the leading models of cooperation demand full-value, regular and structural dialogue and cooperation.

SELF-SUFFICIENCY OF THE REGION AND ITS SYSTEM CHARACTERISTICS

Institutional and economic preconditions of formation of self-sufficient regions are considered in the article. The external and internal factors influencing given process are revealed. Possible scenarios of development of self-sufficient regions are analyzed. The conclusion is drawn on necessity of the system approach in the course of reorganization of a regional economy.

MACROECONOMIC MODELS AND REGIONAL FORECASTING METHODS

Basic principles of building regional macroeconomic models are revealed that make it possible to allay methodological limits of macroeconomic modeling, which dont allow using well-known macro-economic models for the purposes or regional forecasting. The macroeconomic model of regional economics is developed by the authors based on the formulated principles. The model is presented as a management system, which consist of 3 interconnected elements: the model of reproductional process, the model of potential possibilities and the model of economic agents’ behavior. Forecast-ing-analytical technologies are implemented on the developed model: situational forecasting and assessment of goals achievement.

A chain of creation of light-alloy drill pipes is worked out on the basis of the data of closed-joint stock company "Alcoa SMZ" and other producers. The factors of formation of actual and strategic competitiveness as well as competitive advantages of enterprises are detected in the article.
