The article reflects trends of social investment which are supposed to be developed according to the tendencies and conditions considerably influencing life quality. There are presented general conditions of state guaranty use for receiving profitable social investments by organizations, companies, individual persons. There is proved the need to form basic methodological guidelines providing significant influence on defining and allocation of social investment volumes that require formation of decision-making mechanisms support in the process of social investment.

ANALYSIS OF INNOVATIONAL POTENTIAL AND INNOVATIONAL CLIMATE IN AN ORGANIZATION

The authors have made an attempt to form economic method for estimation and accounting of innovational potential of an enterprise. Presentation of the material starts with the definition of the concept of innovational potential in the modern interpretation; after that there are revealed methodological approaches to enterprise innovational potential estimation and analysis; in conclusion there is provided tentative examples and there are discussed possibilities to use the elaborated method in innovational activities.

Lack of scientific research concerning venture capital in modern economic theory emerges the necessity to investigate in detail each component of the venture capital investment process. In order to reveal theoretical bases of venture capital and venture capital investments the authors had to correlate these concepts with the essence of the capital and the essence of investment in the framework of economic schools and theories. HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY: CONCEPT, STRUCTURE AND DEVELOPMENT FACTORS

The author suggests definition for the concept "hospitality industry"; there is questioned applicability of the concept "industry" to service business, service and hospitality spheres. Conceptual and terminological aspects are studies from the point of structure and development factors of the object under research. The structure of hospitality sphere is introduced as a complex set of spheres and activities, economic sectors, service and infrastructural systems aimed at guest service. Concept "guest" is interpreted as applied to any business sphere where the principles of hospitality are used. The structure and development factors of hospitality sphere are suggested to study in regard to certain territory and development stage.

STOCK MANAGEMENT MODEL TAKING INTO ACCOUNT PRODUCTION DELIVERY PROCESS

The author considers a dynamic model for single nomenclature stock management in macrologistic system taking into account organization of production delivery process. This model enables optimization of production purchase volume from several suppliers and automobile transportations volume optimization when transportation is carried out by vehicles of various kinds in the course of delivering products consumer’s warehouses to distributed on some area using the criteria of minimum total logistic costs in the conditions of parameter changes in stock management process.
