|The energy characteristics of the regions have a high differentiation in terms of volume, the share of industrial electrical energy consumption and energy efficiency. The paper illustrates a qualitative analysis of the regional energy market, and the author analyzes the mechanisms to regulate innovative modernization of the regional electric power system using the example of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

|INFLUENCE OF MARKETING AND MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS ON BUDGET OPTIMIZATION PROCESS OF ENTERPRISES|
|The article illustrates the optimum ratio of costs and incomes of the enterprise that deals with production and sales, as well as ways to minimize costs and increase profits on the basis of the marketing activity management model using computer technology and mathematical and economic modeling techniques. The paper represents a comprehensive analysis of changes in the main economic indicators of the enterprise associated with increased production of the most profitable products.

|BEST TECHNICAL AND ECONOMIC INDICATORS IN THE AIRWORTHINESS SYSTEM OF CIVIL AIRCRAFT |
|The article illustrates the need for a radical change in the system of aircrafts` technical maintenance indicators of air entities in civil aviation in the existing market conditions of managing and improving aviation and transport airline operations. The author suggests the perfect technical and economic indicators of the continuing airworthiness of civil aviation and a new method for evaluating the effectiveness of continuing airworthiness of aircrafts, comprising convergence indicators of the work performed by aviation and transport production with the technical parameters of maintenance.

|The use of lean manufacturing production tools has become a practice for many companies in different fields. A significant reduction in costs, improved financial results are provided thanks to a rational organization of production. And in many cases the introduction of lean manufacturing tools requires considerable investment, and the effect is achieved very quickly. By means of information support the tool “kanban” allows increasing the transparency of production processes and identifying the potential for reducing losses. Using this tool will greatly reduce the value of inventories in case of absence of startup costs at JSC "Perm- Novomet".

|COST FORECAST OF SURPLUS CATTLE STOCK BASED ON DYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF MULTIPLE REGRESSION MODEL |
|The article illustrates the averaging parameters of multiple regression models, and the cost forecast of surplus cattle stock at different factors according to farms of Chekmagushevsky District in Bashkortostan. To analyze the changes in the regression models the author applies the methods of standardization and the index dynamic expansion of the cost of the surplus cattle stock on composite components, reflecting changes in the factors and the efficiency of their use.
