MEDITATION MODELS

The mediation models reflect their procedural peculiarities through the components characteristics of conciliation procedure. The basic rules of conduct of mediation procedure and mediation technology usage are based on the models. Each model is efficient in case of regulating various categories of disputes. The rules of conduct can be combined depending on the peculiarities of legal relations in dispute and its participants during mediation procedure.

THE MEANING OF EUROPEAN STANDARDS IN JURISDICTION FOR A NATIONAL LEGAL SYSTEM

The Russian Federation joining the European cooperation as a full member entails the necessity of taking into account the norms on international law in national legislation. The implementation of norms of the Convention in the legal system of the Russian Federation presupposes the introduction of European standards concerning the human rights into the national material and procedural law, the usage of the following standards as a guideline of correction of law enforcement activities on a domestic level, taking measures on the arrangement of the tools of their accounting, as well as the improvement of the doctrine on the issues of human rights defense.

As a result of the investigation the advantages and disadvantages of the University corporate culture are exposed, the trends of their correction are offered. The project of corporate code is developed in the article.
