PROBLEM OF RUSSIAN ECONOMY MODERNIZATION IN THE CONDITIONS OF WTO ACCESSION

The article deals with key problem complex which arose as a result of protocol ratification covering Russia’s accession to World Trade Organization. The main institutional constraints preventing Russia’s structural integration to the trade system based on congruency of interests with foreign partners are defined. The range of immanent problems characteristic of Russian market-driven economy on the modern stage are discussed. The author suggests package plan aimed at competitive ability increase in the conditions of transnational business as a core motif for fundamental modernization in the country.

The article considers the methods for territorial disproportion identification and pointing out difference between the level and quality of bus passenger transport functioning. In the modern conditions, production efficiency improvement can be achieved mainly with the help of innovation processes development which in close-form is expressed in new technologies and new kinds of competitive products. Search and use of innovations immediately in enterprises pose acute problems. The development of new technical and organizational-technological solutions, improvement of basic management principles applied to the special features of domestic market provide conditions for reproduction process renovation and give momentum to additional economic growth. By nature innovations comprise not only technical or technological projects but also any changes to the better in all spheres of scientific and production activities. Constant upgrading of the technical equipment makes innovation process a prior condition for competitive products manufacturing, for winning and holding the positions of the enterprise in the market and for productivity gain as well as enterprise efficiency.
