MORTGAGE BONDED LOANS AS A DEVELOPMENT TOOL OF GLOBAL CAPITAL MARKETS

It is proved that securitization is a process that causes an increase in the loan activity of banks with a moderate growth of money supply. The authors define the influence of changes in legislation, determining the market activity of securitized products, represent factors and conditions that determine the development of the securitization market infrastructure of mortgage assets, and illustrate a comparative analysis of financial resource mobilization in mortgage lending.

ASSESSMENT OF INTELLECTUAL RESOURCES OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS IN THE CONTEXT OF INTERNATIONAL RATINGS

The article illustrates intellectual resources as a key factor for economic growth in the innovative development of the economy and considers differences of intellectual resources from human and intellectual capital. Taking into account temporal theories the author suggests a method to assess intellectual resources, based on the account of physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social features of the population in specific countries. As an example, the author assesses intellectual resources of the Republic of Belarus using the data of the most authoritative international ratings.

INTERREGIONAL COMPARISONS IN THE CONTEXT OF ECONOMIC SECURITY

The article represents the issue of the regions’ typology in the context of economic security. The author analyzes approaches and methods of interregional comparisons, summarizes the regions’ typology, including the Omsk region. The author suggests his technique of grouping regions, taking into account the indicators of economic security, the level and pace of the regional development.

STAGES OF THE ASSESSMENT PROCEDURE AND MANAGEMENT OF THE SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISES IN THE MILITARY-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX

The article represents methods to assess the level of the scientific and technological development of enterprises in the military-industrial complex and taking into account this assessment the authors suggest strategies for their further development. The authors illustrate a block-diagram, which reflects the sequence of methods. The assessment of the scientific and technological development takes place with the help of integrated indicators. As a method of controlling the level of the scientific and technological development is proposed to use a matrix of strategic decisions.

THE ISSUE OF PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT METHODS OF THE COMPANY’S ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN IN THE ORGANIC FOOD MARKET

The authors consider theoretical and methodological aspects of the performance assessment of the company’s advertising campaign in the organic food market. The article represents a matrix of types of advertising campaigns, and the definition of the economic performance assessment of the advertising campaign in relation to the food market. The authors illustrate a review of advantages and disadvantages of performance assessment methods of the advertising campaign, and they conduct applied research: taking into account the economic and mathematical modeling, the authors define the qualitative performance assessment of the advertising campaign using the example of LLC “Mikhailovsky dairy 1” (the Sverdlovsk region, the Ural Federal District), which produces organic products.

THE IMPACT OF MIGRATION PROCESSES ON PUBLIC HEALTH IN RUSSIA

The article reveals the social determinants of the health of migrants. Taking into account statistical data from 2010 to 2014 on diseases among migrants the authors identify factors influencing the growth of diseases among the population of Russia. The article presents practical guidelines for necessary actions, which may be aimed at strengthening the health of migrants in our country.
