STRATEGIC APPROACH TO SOCIO-ECONOMIC PROCESS MANAGEMENT IN SINGLE-INDUSTRY CITY
Transformation of socio-economic processes in Russia is the result of national economic system transformation. The author defined the stages and singled out the causes and conditions for application of corrective socio-economic process management strategies in single-industry cities.
