APPROACH TO SIMULATION MODEL CREATION FOR CONVERTING CORPORATIONS INTO PARTNERSHIP OF OWNERS AND WORKFORCE
The authors study the elements forming simulation model of converting a corporation into a partnership of owners with workforce. The conditions making possible corporation development based on the partnership of owners with workforce are described.
