|EVALUATION OF INTERREGIONAL TRADE CONDITION IN KALININGRAD AND BREST REGIONS|
|There is carried out the analysis covering the import/export turnover of Brest and Kaliningrad regions in general and according to the six commodity groups. There is discussed the dynamics of these indicators; there are defined the maximum and minimum commodity ratio according to import and export; there are evaluated the strengths of the regions with regard to interregional cooperation process of 2005-2012.

|INTERACTION OF THE REGION WITH THE CENTRE IN THE WORKING PERIOD OF KUIBYSHEVSKIY (SREDNEVOLZHSKIY) COUNCIL OF NATIONAL ECONOMY IN 1950-1960*|
|Economic and legal aspects of industry reformation in Russia in 1957-1965 are under discussion. The article describes a special position of Council of National Economy (CNE) in the local administration structure. There is provided characteristics of the main trends of Kuibushevskiy CNE and the possible directions of its interaction with central government bodies on industrial construction, multilevel personnel training as well as scientific research and advanced technologies implementation.

|The authors analyze the changes in economic and legal environment caused by the reforms in the 1990s as well as institutional transformations connected with private sector establishment. The economic practice in industrial enterprises of Samara region aimed at their adaptation to the market conditions are classified. The enterprise behavior models are pointed out: the model, aimed at survival and the model oriented at strategic enterprise development.
