The model has been developed at Harvard School of Business by Prof. Larry Greiner.

METHODOLOGICAL BASIS OF ANALYSIS OF STABILITY AND COMPETITIVENESS OF LOGISTICS SYSTEM

As a result of the researches there was made the analysis of stability of created model of logistic system of production process of "Zolotaya Marka" of the Confectionary Union "Russia", which allowed to discover the conditions of stability of the optimization structure according to the changes of the income resource flows and price values, and to give the economic interpretation of the obtained results. By the way, optimization of flows structure, which minimizes the production costs with the additional condition of the production level being not less than 65% of the possible maximum, allowed evaluating the competitiveness of the logistic system.

ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY EVALUATION OF THE COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES OF CONFECTIONARY UNION "NESTLE-RUSSIA"

For the evaluation of economic efficiency of commercial activity of "Confectionary Union Nestle - Russia" the financial analysis of the main indicators of its financial activity was made, which allowed to characterize the level of stability of its development. To make a more detailed economic evaluation of the companys activity there was made the factor analysis of profitability, which helped to identify the percentage relations between this indicator and the factors of profit and production costs. In addition to the economic analysis, the forecast of profit for 2012 was made by analyzing the trend of moving averages, which allowed to reveal possible problems of the further development and to propose variants of its solving.
