The paper illustrates the risks of Russian state adaptation to a new socio-political reality, social and political forms and technologies of this reality development by the state. The article represents the risks of social choice fork strategy development and technology of their prediction. Special attention is paid to the risks of social justice violation and food security. The paper analyzes activities of civil society institutions in the new socio-political reality.

INFLUENCE OF EXPORT COMPONENT ON PACE OF RUSSIAN GDP GROWTH

The paper analyses interrelation of GDP growth rates with changes in the volume and structure of Russian exports. The article represents dependence of the rate of the economy growth on the volume of exports of mineral fuels. DYNAMIC OPTIMIZATION OF PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES AT ENTERPRISES CONSIDERING THE EFFECT OF THE LEARNING CURVE

The paper analyzes solving dynamic planning of the production volume with the effect of the learning curve. The considered problems are formalized as an optimal control problem of discrete system. The article represents the numerical solution of the problems by the method of Bellman’s dynamic programming. Special attention is paid to the study of dependent influence of the model parameters on optimal solutions.

PUBLIC OPINION ABOUT RUSSIAN BANKS

The paper analyses the nature of interaction between the public and credit institutions in the preindex through public opinion. Development of public opinion against banks is considered as indicators of the bank’s reputation that can stimulate the activation of the population as to interact with the bank, and a crisis of confidence. This development and the nature of the investment behavior of the population are the reaction to the credit policy of banks, but they are also important to take into account the development of credit and financial policy of banks in the market of mass services.

An increasing number of central banks consider the inflation targeting regime as their monetary policy. The paper illustrates the experience of developed and developing countries using inflation targeting and systematizes information on the countries with the inflation targeting regime. Special attention is paid to SWOT-analysis of the inflation targeting regime. Today, the regime has favorable conditions for implementation in the context of Russian reality. As part of transition to a targeting course Russia should be based on international experience.
