The history of folk artistic craft goods market goes back to the ancient times. Folk artistic craft of Republic of Tatarstan were developing under the influence of various cultures and historic events uniting in itself creative ideas of artist from Asia, Europe and Asia. Each epoch left its mark to the development of folk artistic crafts of the region. The most vivid cultural growth can be traced during the periods of the Kazan khanate and the Golden Horde.

IMPACT OF CULTURE ON THE FORMATION OF THE NATIONAL WELFARE

The article deals with the essence and formation of the population’s welfare as well as the influence on it of such factors as culture, national peculiarities. Their influence and structure on the level of welfare is analyzed. The necessity of taking into consideration the society’s customs and traditions within the analysis of national welfare is revealed and justified.
