INNOVATIVE FACTORS TO IMPROVE THE FUNCTIONAL FEATURES OF THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
The article analyzes the features of the economic development. The author systemizes the factors, outline the direction of the development, taking into account the positive conclusions and content of modern concepts and features of the economic system. The author suggests organizational and methodo-logical development of flexible management structures that realize the innovative potential of the development, and considers the motivation code and the criterion of efficiency of the economic development.
