REGIONAL TARGETED SOCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS
The existing social assistance programs for the poor in the Samara region are considered; the content-analysis of the targeted social assistance legislation in regions of the Volga Federal District is conducted; the problems of the development of targeted programs are highlighted and the basic directions on improvement of their efficiency are offered.
