STATISTIC ANALYSIS OF DILAPIDATED AND EMERGENCY HOUSING IN RUSSIAN REGIONS
The author provides integrated objective assessment of housing facilities and living conditions of the Russian population. The article suggests the approach of structural-dynamic analysis of emergency housing facilities in Russian regions. The group of regions with emergency housing facilities identified in the result of the analysis forms the basis for taking actions of institutional and organizational nature. These actions will help to maintain effective execution of the Russian Federation commitment to resettlement of the citizens from the housing facilities in emergency conditions.
