PUBLIC INTEREST AND LAW: INTERACTION ISSUES
The tasks of maintaining national security require specification of the volume and content of public interests, and the adequate legal form should be developed for this specification. The article deals with the main approaches to public interest comprehension. The concept of public interest is formed; the essential mechanisms of interaction between public interests and law are defined.
