MAJOR PROBLEMS OF HOUSING AND UTILITIES INFRASTRUCTURE AND WAYS OF THEIR SOLUTION
The article deals with the problems in housing and utilities sector in the Russian Federation such as high level of equipment deterioration (the resources are depleted), use of outdated technologies, branch financing gap, improper exploitation and human maintenance errors, defects caused by improper equipment repair, disturbance of chemical water treatment, use of non-projected kinds of fuel. There are provided grounds for public-private partnership development in this branch aimed at raising interaction efficiency among government and local authorities, business-structures, non-governmental organization and housing and utilities complex modernization in the Russian Federation.
