NON-TRANSPARENCY OF OIL-PRODUCTS VALUE FORMATION IN RUSSIAN DOMESTIC MARKET
The Russian oil-products market and non-transparency of price formation as its special characteristic are under discussion. Two information disclosure sources are described - information agencies and exchange. The results of oil-products bidding in 2011 are analyzed. The imperfections of laws and regulations are revealed.
