KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT IN THE COURSE OF REGIONAL OFFICES ESTABLISHMENT
The article deals with the tasks and problems an organization faces in the process of creation of new structural subdivisions far from the central office. The ways for the necessary information and knowledge transfer using knowledge management technologies aimed at decreasing of the period needed to occupy a certain efficiency level for new business units are described.
