PROBLEM OF RUSSIAN ECONOMY MODERNIZATION IN THE CONDITIONS OF WTO ACCESSION
The article deals with key problem complex which arose as a result of protocol ratification covering Russia’s accession to World Trade Organization. The main institutional constraints preventing Russia’s structural integration to the trade system based on congruency of interests with foreign partners are defined. The range of immanent problems characteristic of Russian market-driven economy on the modern stage are discussed. The author suggests package plan aimed at competitive ability increase in the conditions of transnational business as a core motif for fundamental modernization in the country.
