"KANBAN" SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION AT JSC"NOVOMET-PERM"
The use of lean manufacturing production tools has become a practice for many companies in different fields. A significant reduction in costs, improved financial results are provided thanks to a rational organization of production. And in many cases the introduction of lean manufacturing tools requires considerable investment, and the effect is achieved very quickly. By means of information support the tool “kanban” allows increasing the transparency of production processes and identifying the potential for reducing losses. Using this tool will greatly reduce the value of inventories in case of absence of startup costs at JSC "Perm- Novomet".
