STUDENTS` PERCEPTION OF QUALITY OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES IN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION: RESULTS OF EMPIRICAL RESEARCH
The article illustrates some results revealed by the empirical research of the students’ perception of the quality of educational services in higher educational institution, and shows that most quality characteristics of educational services are not relevant for students and may not lead to an increase in the quality of services in their perception.
