DEPENDENCE OF THE POPULATION SATISFACTION WITH THE QUALITY OF MEDICAL SERVICES ON EFFICIENCY OF INSURED PEOPLE RIGHTS PROTECTION
The analysis of the insurance medical organizations’ activity on protection the rights of the insured citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan is submitted, the factors influencing the level of citizens’ satisfaction with the quality of medical services are revealed. The conclusion, that there is a dependence of the level of citizens’ satisfaction with the quality of medical services on the selected factors on the basis of which the economic-mathematical model is developed, is drawn.
