MIGRATION AND DEVELOPMENT: SEARCH OF THE COMMON DENOMINATOR
The article considers the migratory processes as manifestation and result of the present stage of globalization. The need of the concept "social development" specification, and also revaluation of the main objectives and functions of the government for ensuring efficiency of migratory regulation and increase of social responsibility of the states and supranational educations are illustrated.
