METHODS OF THE HUMAN CAPITAL ASSESSMENT AND FACTORS OF ITS IMPACT ON THE INNOVATIVE CAPACITY OF THE BRANCH ECONOMIC SYSTEM
The article considers the basic elements of the human capital of the branch economic system. The author represents the influence indicators of the human capital components on processes of the organization of scientific and innovative activity in the branch system. The methods of the human capital assessment in the interests of innovative development of the branch economic system are presented.
