THE VOCATIONAL EDUCATION QUALITY IMPROVEMENT OF THE EXPERTS IN THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY
The article considers the problems of experts’ vocational training in the hospitality and tourism industry, and also questions of tourist education modernization. Recommendations about improve-ment of experts’ vocational education quality in the hospitality industry are made, the main directions of the hotel enterprises interaction and profile educational institutions concerning vocational training of the staff and the organization of the students’ externship are defined.
