SUPPLY AND DEMAND ASSESSMENT IN LABOUR MARKET OF THE ORENBURG REGION
The main indicators and factors influencing supply and demand changes of regional labor market are analyzed. Vital issues of labor market formation and development of the Orenburg region at the present stage are stated. The paper illustrates the necessity of studying, the analysis, forecasting of changes dynamics, happening in this system, for effective implementation of innovative management development in the region.
