THE DEVELOPMENT OF UNIVERSITY TECHNOPOLIS AS AN ELEMENT OF SMALL INNOVATIONAL BUSINESS COMPLEX SUPPORT
The article concerns the development of business-incubators and technopolises in Russian universities. The author provides his own model of their operation. The results of the research works on their activities are analyzed. There are described the Russian and Western models of small business development with their characteristic traits. The article reflects the activities of innovational and integrated infrastructures in small innovative enterprise on all development stages as well as of distributed virtual technopolises being an optimum option for classical and social universities.
