INTERACTION OF THE REGION WITH THE CENTRE IN THE WORKING PERIOD OF KUIBYSHEVSKIY (SREDNEVOLZHSKIY) COUNCIL OF NATIONAL ECONOMY IN 1950-1960*
Economic and legal aspects of industry reformation in Russia in 1957-1965 are under discussion. The article describes a special position of Council of National Economy (CNE) in the local administration structure. There is provided characteristics of the main trends of Kuibushevskiy CNE and the possible directions of its interaction with central government bodies on industrial construction, multilevel personnel training as well as scientific research and advanced technologies implementation.
